House made herb focaccia, whipped ricotta & basil oil

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Take the lid off the container and cook the focaccia for 15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Take it out of the container and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Spoon the ricotta with the basil oil on the dish next to the focaccia.
