Verdura, almond & lemon pangrattato

Bring a pot of water to the boil and simmer the mixed greens in the bag for 5 minutes.
In the meantime spread the almond puree on the bottom of a plate and warm up in the
microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Open the bag with the cooked greens, drain any excess liquid, put in a mixing bowl and
mix with the dressing.
Put on the plate with the almond puree and scatter the bread crumbs on top.
